1. Are the products genuine?
YES! Absolutely, without question, we only sell the genuine article.

2. Are all the products in stock?
We update our product lists regularly and include only those products that are in stock. Of course, sometimes we sell out before we update the list, but normally, everything on the list is available.

3. How long does it take to get the goods?
Effective immediately, Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) guidelines now prevent the transportation of dangerous goods, which includes perfume/after-shave, via air freight. We are therefore required to ship all orders by road, which has lengthened the delivery time. These are now:

  • Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro : Up to 2-days
  • Adelaide Metro : Up to 3-days
  • Perth, Darwin Metro : Up to 5-days
  • All other Areas : Up to 5-days

4. What methods of payment are accepted?
You can pay by Visa and Mastercard credit cards, PayPal, cheque and EFT (bank transfer). Payment by credit card is taken when the order is placed and is processed through PayPal but you don't need a PayPal account. We must receive payment by cheque or bank transfer before we ship the goods. We'll provide our bank details when the order is placed.

5. Can the order be cancelled?
You can cancel the order at any time. If the goods have shipped already you will be responsible for the cost of returning them to us. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.

6. Money Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with the products you receive, or our service, you can return the goods for a refund, minus shipping charges, subject to the following conditions:

  • The goods are unused, unopened and undamaged
  • You are responsible for the cost of freight to return the goods
  • You contact us to obtain authorisation before returning the goods
